We aim to process and dispatch all Bud Buggy orders as quickly as possible so your order arrives without unnecessary delay. We offer free delivery on orders over £25, and standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, although delivery times can vary during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays, or due to courier delays.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us at support@budbuggy.co.uk with your order number and we will arrange a replacement to be sent. If your order still has not arrived within 30 days, you will be eligible for a full refund. These terms fit with UK consumer guidance that the seller is responsible for goods until delivery and must provide a remedy when items do not arrive.

Please make sure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as incorrect or incomplete address information can cause delays or failed delivery attempts. If your item arrives damaged, is missing, or there is a problem with your parcel, contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it quickly.
