Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Bud Buggy order. If something is wrong with your item, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue so we can review it quickly.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Where possible, please keep the original packaging until your return has been resolved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it can take a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or wrong items
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to put it right. In most cases, we’ll ask for a photo so we can understand the issue and resolve it faster.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged. If you’re unsure, contact us before sending anything back.

4. Once approved, we’ll let you know the next steps.
